What is organic SEO?
Organic, or Natural Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the name given to the process of tweaking and rewriting a website so that a search engine can better understand its purpose - resulting in better SERPS (Seach Engines Results Pages).
Search engines use programs known as 'spiders' or 'robots'. These programs crawl the internet, and index websites, storing information about them, this process is known as 'spidering' or 'crawling'. When a user of a search engine types in a word, phrase or question into a search engine such as google, the search engine will return a list of sites relevant to the keywords.
SEO is about making sure your site comes up for the phrases people are using when searching for your product!
